Start by drawing what you see, not what you want to see.
What I've found to be a good exercise is take a photo, picture of anything, then start tracing on top of it, do the lines, then try flat coloring, then start shading, then add shadow/contrast, until you've recreated the picture.
Judging by those tits I'd say depth isn't one of your strengths, with a front profile depth should come more from how you shade it, rather than relying on the line art to illustrate depth.

That reminds me of a couple nightmares I had as a kid.

Second, the overall composition has no emotion whatsoever. The japanese version uses the see-through eyebrow trick to define the face, and the anime eyes aren't actually rounded, the upper and lower eyelids are flattened and the eye whites have the correct spacing to portray emotion.
