How can the industry create great games that have excellent graphics while still having passion behind them? As video games become more and more insane with star voice acting, 3D animations, actors, etc it can be argued that commercialization is required to fund it.
If you look at a game like Rouge System, these feats are still possible graphically when done by a single person or small team, but it's a fine line between the developer maintaining their passion, and getting influenced by outside malefactors who want to rape it to death for a small profit.
What is the solution in your opinion?
