>what's wrong with SWTOR
-truly godawful writing in all but two, maybe three of the storylines.
-legendarily terrible animations, and this is coming from someone who really doesn't give a shit about animation quality in games but holy moly this breaks new ground in the "an attempt was made" category of shit animation.
-WoW hotbar combat that adds absolutely nothing new to the formula except for tanking as a melee Jedi/Sith, in which case you're actually jumping around, force choking people and throwing dudes around.
-space combat that is hilariously, tremendously terrible and they shouldn't have even bothered (it's a less-fun, less-involved and completely irrelevant starfox clone.
-a community that is so bad it beggars belief.
-a community management team that is so bad it beggars belief.
-a smuggler story that is so unbelievably, unbearably terrible that you will ask God how someone as incompetent as Hamburger Helper was allowed to immortalize her failure in the Star Wars IP.
all that said though, Imperial Agent is a 10/10 Space James Bond storyline with only two really big glaring classic Bioware fartsniff moments, some of the companions are pretty cute you can put them in slave outfits, the housing system is comfy if you're autistic and since the game is pretty much completely abandoned except for gold sellers and whales the planets that should feel empty and lonely (Tatooine, Hoth) feel empty and lonely. now that it's f2p you really should try it out if just for the Agent storyline
