I want to play this game because I haven't in several years.

I want to enjoy it, but I know I won't.

I want to enjoy it because if it wasn't for all of the pay to have fun I would enjoy it, it's a perfectly good game.

Please convince me not to play.

Beats me. Star Trek ship designs are genuinely lame compared to Star Wars ships. Besides the retarded looking USS Enterprise, other Trek ships the show introduced are just plain forgettable.

I tried recently. Its aged like trash and the stuff i thought i liked i noticed were just rip offs. Like that first mission with the borg terraforming that planet? thats just eden prime from the opening to mass effect 1.
