Crackdown 1 had some impressively over the top destruction. Playing with cheats and putting the gang and peacekeeper wanted levels at max would result in some chaotic shit and crazy-huge explosions. It's just a shame the environments aren't destructible and Crackdown 3 has the shittiest excuse for destructible environments I've seen.

You mean UFO Alien Invasion? I fail to see how this game is superior when its missing a particular feature that X-Com uses a lot and that is environment destruction. Also daily reminder that OpenApoc still makes minor progress.
