I deleted the mods for that to play vanilla Skyrim with perk enhancements because I actually like Skyrim as a game but

The mods were Deadly Drain to drain health during sex (which also gives options to absorb someone's physical attributes, muscles, breast size, dick size, etc and you can set it so that the corpse turns into a Draugr afterwards so you can roleplay as a succubus or something if you're gay), Better Vampires, Eager NPCs, Defeat, Sexlab, SoS and CBBE (naked body replacers that gives men dicks and female body replacer that improves the body section in general), and Total Character Makeover, which smoothes out the old model's faces and fixes things aesthetically.

There's also a shitton of sub mods, most of which are suggested where you can find SoS

Better Vampires and Total Character Makeover are generally good mods for non porn ones.

Also some argonian and khajit body replacers since you can give argonians dragon skin and khajits smoother textures.

I played with skimpy armor sets for a while, but there's no real option to add sets instead of replacing them so everyone walks around with their dicks out

See, it's not sick at all. It's a mixture of sexual attraction and the "cute" reaction you might get when you see, say, fainting goats that fall over at the slightest provocation. I often kill them but it's not about killing the NPCs, it's about what happens before, and I only actually kill them when I get bored with them.
