I recall someone made a port of neko for the PSP, but the project was long abandoned and unfinished.

Vita retroarch only has the NEC PC Engine console. And retroarch is kinda annoying in one thing: you cant PS button + swipe like you could with everything else

I was initially willing to scurry the 15GB of PC-98 shit i have saved in the very off chance that it's in there somewhere but it is a tall order already considering i can't even get any search engine to aknowledge the game even exists not to mention that from the first 2 pages OF A TOTAL OF A 10 PAGE DRIBBLE ABOUT THE MOST INANE AND IRRELEVANT SHIT EVER at this point i'm not even sure it is for the PC-98.
