That giant spider tank thing and the guy with the dual revolvers remind me of Spiral Knights a lot.

It's more like an MMORPG. I think the game was released on PC/Mobile before, just the ps4 ver. got released recently (beta) and in english?. You can check gameplays on jewtube.
