Based on the demo it seems like its going to be too easy. And if Kirby Star Allies taught me anything, is no amount of cute and charm can make up for boring easy game-play. So despite being interested in Yoshi, I had to pass on this game. Plus there is SMW central if I'm jonesing for a Yoshi fix.

It's short as fuck it seems shorter than the cheaper wool world really it's just shit and anon isn't wrong at all about the grating music. The foreground/background aiming maybe seemed cool on paper but it'd be much better if it just used classic egg throwing as that lets action occur much quicker but it's just braindead boring and easy not even good with a friend I recommend you beat up anyone who has played this game

Part of what makes Yoshi games good is the music. I'm not going to sit through something easy and listen to shit music. If it's easy and the music is godly I'll enjoy it. But fuck this. That song is so bad it would encourage me to NOT explore the rest of the level and just hurry up and get the fuck out before I have to listen to it any more.

Nintendo is really fucking up. Seems at least 3 out of 5 of their latest major reseals have been targeting a audience so extremely casual that even casuals find it condescending. If it weren't for games like Smash, NSMBU, and Tropical Freeze (three two of them being re-releases) I would have even less hope in the future of Nintendo then I already do. Hopefully Bayonetta 3 is great.
