For those not in the know, Magical Burst is a pen and paper game that sets out to emulate the feel of shows like Madoka Magica and other 'dark' shows like it. The game is a bit janky and a lot of the rules are expected to be changed to player preference, but it basically goes like this:
>Health and damage are somewhat secondary to the overall consequences of Being A Magical Girl, namely that your social life and connection to normality is sort of fucked.
>To represent this, your social ties can come under fire when you use magic. When you crit with magic use, you Burst - that spell will be incredibly effective, but one of your social ties is 'damaged'.
>It's up to the game master what this means. Poor fortune is common - Oh no, your dad got passed over for that promotion he was promised. Or your friend suffered a minor traffic accident and is in the hospital. Or your cat died.
>You can repair these social links, sure, but that takes time, and you've only got so much. Further, in some rule variants, Bursting can influct Changes, which can make this harder - you'll grow emotionally unstable or physically mutate.
>When - or if - your social links all fail completely, your next Burst results in you handing your character sheet to the GM and him announcing your transition into a monster.
Not sure how you'd translate all that to vidya and make it enjoyable, but it's fun as hell to play out at the table.

I just want a precure beat em up, i'd even take a fighting game or a smash ripoff.
How come meduka got a good VN/dungeon crawler and a mediocre 3D beat em up while this 20+ year old series only has 2 sidescrolling 2D beat em up games on the GBA and a fuckton of braindead minigames on the DS, Wii and Switch? It's not like it wouldn't sell, the limited edition toys they give away on movie showings always sell out, and the precure store has been there for more than a decade thanks to fat otaku constantly buying merch.

Some Banpresto developed, Bamco published game called Super Heroine Chronicle. The very brief description on (((wikipedia))) is that it's somehow similar to SRW, and I'm honestly not sure off the top of my head what the connecting thread between the series chosen exactly is. No clue if it's even good, and naturally it didn't come out here.
As for who owns Symphogear, I might be wrong, but maybe self-published by Satelight? The manga adaptation seems to be Kadokawa Shoten by way of Newtype Ace as the release medium.

Sunrise etc. are more than happy to quietly receive otaku buxx from 'Bigfriends' but they tread a fine line between bonus profit and alienating their main market (little girls with rich parents to buy this year's new transformation device) so making a video game that explicitly targets Bigfriends would be a branding disaster.

Why wouldn't it work? I mean I've had an idea for either a mahou shoujo beat 'em up or sidescroller for a while now. Pretty basic stuff but it would be fun. There's enough action inherent in even the tamest and cutesiest mahou shoujos that I feel like it could easily be applied to just about any style of gameplay.

Those at least are straight up fights. I'm also upset because I found these when looking for another game, one that was similar to MBA but you had these small minions around you that also fight and give you bonus. It was a pretty fun game but I don't think I ever got a translation for it though, behind the basic UI.

Twin realities is always a great mechanic. It allows interdasting gameplay and storytelling.
Metroid Prime made a case with its visors, shit hidden in plain sight.
Another game I think of is Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver for PSX where Raziel had to switch between realities to progress.
In Soul Reaver, being a little janky to switch, this mechanic nonetheless allowed amazing storytelling.
I think you are thinking something more on the lines of Alice Return to Madness, 201X game where Alice became more and more batshit crazy, where the moments of clarity she had chained her to a normal girl, talking to people, finding things and the like (It could be better realized tho, the segments where short, slow and boring, an interesting opportunity kinda wasted). The more she slipped into those crazy spasms the reality around her distorted until she became Alice In Wonderland, she then obtained all her powers which where supah cool.

The archives of old, 4chanarchive, chanarchive, etc, have either gone under, or suffered data loss of things like images and gifs even before then, and foolz, if it's even still in use (I have no clue how cuckchan archives their shit at this point, and I don't care), won't go nearly far enough back. It wouldn't shock me if what's left are just screencaps, saved on oldfags' hard drives or places like image galleries for particular topics on Encyclopedia Dramatica.
It's a damn shame, really. The first two were good places for newfags to lurk and how things were done in better times. Now they're lost to time, and lurking is only as useful as the current quality.
