Specifically I would have to say the Raidou games. He's literally a detective so while it isn't "Noir" persay the type of shit you do is. It's paranormal mysteries all day everyday. Though more focused on combat rather than any sort of investigative gameplay a la >>16336784 recomendations Ace Attorney.
