They're cutting negative reviews related to the epic store exclusivity of BL3. This is pretty fair on all parties; Steam would be doing a poor job as a middleman if they allowed for review bombing, consumers are allowed to voice dissent, and those (newly) interested in the series are seeing reviews that more accurately reflect that iteration of it.
