Post video game music. Others guess what game it's from.

To make these, use FFMPEG with the following command

ffmpeg -i audioname.mp3 -r 1 -loop 1 -i imagename.jpg -c:v libvpx -crf 20 -b:v 0 -g 120 -sn -c:a libopus -b:a 128k -shortest -map_metadata -1 output.webm

There's more than one? I wouldn't know, I had no interest in playing the XD games. The picture had an "XD" in it and there are two short parts where the melody matches up with Pokemon BGM I do know, even if not enough to remove doubt that it's just a coincidence. So it made sense as a guess if you disregarded the filename's warning of difficulty. Which is why I was more curious than anything, because it seemed to me that if I was correct without having played the game that it should be "easy" difficulty instead.

Guess the lyrics because i'm too lazy to do the webm shit

AHEM

Memories broken, the truth goes unspoken

I've even forgotten my name

I don't know the season, or what is the reason

I'm standing here holding my blade

A desolate place (place!)

Without any trace (trace!)

It's only the cold wind I feel…

It's me that I spite as I stand up and fight

The only thing I know for real:

There will be blood (blood!) shed (shed!)

The man in the mirror nods his head

The only one (one!) left (left!)

Will run up on the dragons back

Because the mountains don't give back what they take

Oh, no! There will be blood (blood!) shed (shed!)

It's the only thing I've ever known

Losing my identity

Wondering: "Have I gone insane?"

To find the truth in front of me

I must climb this mountain range

Looking downward from this deadly height

And never realizing why I fight

This is one of the first times I've seen a decent ffmpeg command line in the OP. Usually people fuck something up, like putting the video at full framerate or leaving metadata in.

A few issues, though. I'd increase the framerate to 4fps, as having too low a framerate can cause issues with some players and browsers (like giving transparency for the first second of video). A CRF of 20 is pointlessly high quality. You don't need more than 26 or 30 even, especially if you decide to use vp9, which is visually good enough at 31. You should probably stick to about 31 for vp9 and 24 for vp8. 128k is retarded overkill for opus. You aren't doing MP3 or vorbis here. 64k is more than sufficient, especially when you reduce to one channel. These last two won't hurt quality in any noticeable way but will significantly save on size.

If you want to use an animated gif, you should use something like -stream_loop 2000 instead of -loop 1.

Here's an easy one for illustrative purposes, encoded with this command line:

ffmpeg -stream_loop 2000 -i minkdance.gif -i audio.m4a -c:v libvpx-vp9 -b:v 0 -crf 31 -b:a libopus -b:a 64k -ac 2 -shortest -map_metadata 1 -y /tmp/guess.webm
