In the nineties, the top ten comic books regularly sold 100k units each, with some going into 200k. For the past few years, only the top two or three titles even hit 100k. And to add insult to injury, those numbers are units shipped to retail locations, not sales numbers. Diamond (the distribution company that has a total monopoly on comic book shipping) is notorious for overshipping poor selling comics, which cause the comic book shops to get nailed with extra shipping fees.
Last year 50 of the 2000 comic book shops in the US closed. No one is buying comics. Especially not the blue haired tumblr kikes that watch those trash marvel movies. Once the marvel movie boom fades, thats it for comics.

It has fucking vehicles which are varied and new ones get added each season
Creative mode where you can make custom game modes and is almost on par with Halo Forge

Theres storylines going on if you're paying attention from an ice king who was keeping a fire elemental locked up, who escaped, fucked up the island with a big ass volcano and now unleashed a team of Mortal Kombat's Reptile, to a pizza joint going full on cult mode after force closing a rival fast food restaurant by planting roaches and is forcefully recruiting employees from said restaurant into their tomato cult in their Tomato Temple which destroyed their old restaurant- but then both companies started having food truck wars, and finally reopening both of these restaurants back up while shady shit is still going down behind the scenes over the course of three seasons.
Top all of this with the psuedo-cartoony art style and it just works better as a better game than Apex could ever hope to be since it caters to various audiences.
