OP, if you or anyone else has any experience with the game, please explain me the point of Tier1 and Tier 2 units.
I've pirated and tried this since it seemed to have some interesting mechanics regarding pop generation, but there's something fucky with the way you train your units.
You have 3 Dojos, one for melee, the other for ranged and the other for alchemy\magic. You can train units in 1, 2 or 3 dojos, changing the unit according to the combinations you chose.
However, you can essentially make a chain production of Tier 3 units simply by setting the rally point of each one to the next one, the final one to wherever you want your units to be and a single house producing peasants to the first one.
The thing is, the stats of Tier3 just seem to be all around better than everything else and they don't seem to take any extra popcap either. Considering how resources and villagers are generated, your bottleneck will most likely be villagers, not resources so not even the training costs offset this.
TL;DR: What's stopping me from just mass producing T3 Ronins instead of bothering with archers, spearmen and everyone else?
Also, ATIs seem to have some kind of issue with the game and the ground isn't rendered properly.
