Bamco's rather big on it as far as Tales goes. Eternia has a moment of Farah trying on Rutee's (Tales of Destiny) outfit, and Symphonia had the first proper cameo costume in the series for Presea as Klonoa. Abyss had one for Luke as that arcade game Dragon Buster's main character, as well as some accessories that deck Anise's combat plush, Tokunaga, out in various outfits (various Tales characters, Heihachi, KOS-MOS, Valkyrie, Wonder Momo, The Prince of All Cosmos). Vesperia PS3 then started dabbling more with in-series cameo outfits, with each character getting a hero one, a villain one, and a general Namco cameo one (the villain and Namco ones all being DLC). And from there the series has just rolled hard it it all, in-series, in-company, and unfortunately even harder on the paid DLC.

DOA5 had a Senran Kagura DLC costume pack in one of their many, many shekel-sucking schemes, and three of the DOA girls appeared in SK games, so you could also dress them up like the titty ninjas. Naotora could've dressed like Ayame, Mai like Kagura and now Nico could dress like Imu, maybe.
