Having actual borderless window support would be great and besides that map isn't identical to the one in the actual game unless the final tier tatooine map did look like that 1 for 1. There could also be more maps made easily if it was ported/made in UE4.
I understand where you're coming from but having higher fidelity in a racing game seems like something that has an appeal to me. Even the GOG version of the game is still a bit wonky in terms of stability in my experience.

IX is still coming out at the end of this year. Though it was delayed from May and they still haven't even announced the name yet. I'm actually curious about it. 7 was created with NO future story in mind. The trilogy wasn't planned at all. Then 8 destroyed everything that 7 set up. Absolutely everything. The whole plot is ruined and there's literally nothing left to fix or do. 9 has nowhere to go, and it's going to be an absolute train wreck. Can't wait to pirate it.

Going by this image, it looks like they were toying with concepts for a dark lightsaber combat game, and a criminal underworld game, which probably became 1313. Maul was a concept put forth, but who knows if it actually would have become a full game.
