Hellgate london is probably the worst game I've played, it's a combination of having so much talent and money behind it, and managing to produce something that doesn't even work as an ARPG. Putting points in skills doesn't make them do any additional damage, let that sink in.

Recently the worst probably MHW because it butchered the series I liked so bad, and it played so differently and was absurdly easy enough that it made me more upset than it honestly probably should've.

Escape from Tarkov. I paid 45 eurodollars because some niggers on /k/ said it was good, and I got some vodkanigger dumpsterfire of a game that's been in "open beta" for two years and still doesn't have a single mechanic that doesn't have some kind of absolutely gamebreaking bug to it. It doesn't run properly, it doesn't connect to the servers properly, the guns don't work properly, the audio is broken and a million other things.

False. Doubly so if you play London 2038.

Skills based on your weapon will deal more damage with better weapons. Points make them do additional shit (like more ricochets on bullets).

Non-weapon skills do increase damage with more points. Look at the Engineer summons for instance.

Now, if you want to talk about some skills being useless, you got a point. Fuck me, you do, half the skill tree is filler shit, holy fuck.

The rest however is good enough to hold me.

Actually false, points in some skills actually make them do less damage, cabalist tree is guilty of this. Especially in london 2038 where they don't have the updated tree. Funnily skills being based entirely off weapon damage is why blademaster is still the best class in 2038.

I have never beaten a main line FF game, and I'm not sure why. I guess they kind of drag on after a while, but FF9 has been the most fun I have had with a mainline FF game. Right off the bat the I was drawn into the world and its characters. It is just a wonderful breath of clean fantasy air after to the science fantasy smog of FF7 and FF8, though its looking like they are going for some science fantasy twist which is disappointing. I suppose I'd also like to put out there that I bought it on steam with HD patches/mods and didn't actually bother trying it until right before the switch port was announced.

Kingdom Hearts 3. Convoluted story that still manages to disappoint, characters are emotional fags, and the combat is simpler than FFXV.
