Perhaps a hidden service that requires cookies, but cookies are only given out sporadically and require manual input from the user to acquire in a way that will keep out bots? In that case there would be no need for a captcha, so that's a plus. On the other hand, you would have to trust the owner of the site or at least be very careful what you post. Although it's already the same as if you post here right now without a VPN, Tor, or 7 proxies, only you're being tracked by your hashed IP and not some server-generated ID and a cookie. Some /tech/fag should get on this.
You could even autoban people that visit the site with an HTTP referrer header from search engines, social media, and other sites we choose to blacklist, with the ban page being one of those fake "want to buy this domain?" pages.

Google didn't ban 8Chan. They made a token gesture to the usual suspects, and then fucked off to their next PR stunt. If Google really wanted 8Chan off their search query, it would be gone. Some SJW made a private board, uploaded child pornography to it, and reported the website to google to make them delist it. It's a way to shitcan sites you hate (and risk ending up in prison because obviously you have child pornography on your computer if you're uploading it). Also reported to the domain name host (that's why it's not on 8chan.co anymore) to try to take it off the air, but we moved to 8ch.net instead. If you report CP to the global mods it gets removed with a quickness and I believe the poster gets reported to the FBI too. This guy didn't, of course, because that defeats the purpose of trying to get 8chan taken off the air.
