I hope they go under. I know a guy from Edmonton who says publicly that he supports Bioware as they hire a lot of voice actors that cross over into the industry he works in. I think it will kill the series if EA won't learn a lesson and continue to go current route. More-so if they leave Sims 4 being unfinished because even Sims fags lost trust in EA and abandoning the game in unfinished state will kill their trust and thus the series for sure. But even that is still one family/sim at a time which gets tedious, granted 3 you'd have that problem too if it werent for mods and user-made tools. That one tool in particular whose name eludes me was great, you could simply disable certain clothes completely from the game, even from your wardrobe choices if you so desired and thus make sure you'd have more themed or just… down to earth fucking NORMAL clothes'n shit for random sims to wear.

One of my neatest games was in a custom tropical-map, near endless summer and everyone would dress apropriately as in bikinis and the like instead of having some near fucking clowns and mimes wandering around.

If they were smart with 5 they would actually try to emulate Nraas mods for it, like give the player more actual control over the game-world. i'd wager most simmers would love that too but i doubt it, doesnt seem that marketable at the very least.

It's just very technically flawed in game design that it feels incomplete like it should have come out 6 months or a year later than it did because it doesn't have that much content. Very disappointing for something that was 6 years in development and making the same mistakes as other looter shooter games on their first launch. End game grind is so poorly thought out. Challenge of Valor was a grind with 100 world events and 25 strongholds, quickplays and contracts. After that you have Challenge of Might which is 2500 enemies killed for Scars, Dominion and Outlaws, 1000 Elites and 200 Legendary. Here's the thing: killing elites or legendary of any faction doesn't count toward that faction, it's only counted toward elites and legendary section. Killing the factions quicker is abusing world events and trying to find one with hacker mission where you can have them spawn infintetly. Even then, the hardest thing to find out of that list is supposedly outlaws because they barely show up in world events and most missions have elite versions of them that don't count. Even if you complete this, all you'll get is 2,000 coins and some lore about the next challenge which there is still one more at least. I'm not sure anyone has gotten what is after the Challenge of Might because this level of grind would kill anyones enjoyment of the game if you reached this far and there is a possibility that another trial is even after that.

The most disappointing thing about this is they went the sci-fi route and everything about it is uninspired as duck. Look at Destiny or Warframe. Destiny has a crazy sci-fi world filled with AIs space ships, crazy weapons, and is also filled with magical fantasy stuff like wish granting dragons, viking warriors with guns, cool magic. Warframe is this but even more absurd with Bo-organic guyver suits and powerful immortal castes of emperors that body snatch to remain immortal. Well, it looks like that outlaw challenge is fixed I guess. Now elites do count for the outlaws. Not sure if it was a quickfix last night or it doesn't work until you quit and log back in so that it transfers the kills to the outlaws but it does work. Doesn't seem like there is good place to kill infinite number of them. You just have to find a dungeon and kill up to before a checkpoint and get killed. Rinse and repeat.

Now you've got the next challenge from the bard called the Challenge of Resolve. This challenge is smaller but harder because it's timegated. You have to complete 30 Daily and 5 Weekly challenges. Just enough time padded to get that first March Update. Tis merely a coincidence. Also, yes, there is even another challenge after that so the grind doesn't seem like it ends yet, even thought he Bard did say that was his last trial.
