>1. Why is Forrest Kaysen(however you spell it) a supporting character now? In fact, why is he alive, period?
Because he's not the same FK from Deadly Premonitions, nor the same one as Spy Fiction's. Swery65 is just like Kojimbo, Suda51 and the others, they just reuse assets and names since it gives their games a "(((Tarantino)))" vibe to them. In Swery's case I recall reading that they modified Spy Fiction's Forrest Kaysen because they were strapped for cash when they reworked DP to be less like a one-to-one copy of Twin Peaks and already had the royalties on the original model anyhow.
>2. Why has SWERY devolved from the likes of DP and D4 to tranny propaganda? I'm not kidding, look up The Missing's ending if you don't know. It's so horrid that I'll eat my socks if The Good Life isn't just as bad.
Wait isn't D4 an unfinished game? I recall it being episodic for the XBONE and no one buying it because of the Kinect meme. Also AFAIK there have always been trannies and homos, like pic related (though to be honest I felt really sorry for how he got manipulated into being even more of a fag).
>3. What other good mystery games are there? I've already played Ace Attorney, Professor Layton, Danganronpa, Umineko, and Zero Escape. I need more games that will activate the everloving shit out of my almonds. Unless I should just read some Agatha Christie and find a new genre of vidya to move on to.
Ghost Trick
Another Code
Broken Sword
Puzzle Agent
The Touch Detective series
Sanitarium
I guess The World Ends With You has some elements of a mystery game since you need to explain some paranormal bullshit but I'll suggest it either way cause it's that good on its own merits
Then after this it gets a bit murky in the details because most Point and Click adventure games can be classified as "mystery", Sam&Max technically is all about solving zany schemes.
