Vic has been blacklisted by Funimation which is a death sentence in the anime VA career as Funimation has a near monopoly on English dubs as they are the majority of it. A lot of people, including nip otaku keep getting spooked by the olympic boogeyman but if you read any article mentioning it, they're just making assumptions. One example would be the OAG article blaming the olympics for Seven Eleven not selling porn, but the article itself just states the author's personal assumption as fact, and other sources mentioned porn doesn't really sell in convenience stores anymore and they just want to use the space for other shit. If there is something tied to the olympics I would imagine otaku will double down when everything is over out of sheer spite.

The problem is, gathering concrete proof of this type of collusion is no simple task. Not simply the difficulty in archiving these hubs, but locating and inflirtrating them in the first place and gathering enough relevant information. And all of this would have to be done while trying to blend in while at the same not making ANY mistakes in your own opsec, both in terms of persona and your hardware. And even then many of them will most likely regroup at another one of their hubs, barring something like digging up something damning enough to get some of them arrested, which is extremely difficult.
It's not impossible, but you need to have a well understood goal and a well thought out game plan. And you need to have the skill, resources and coordination to implement that game plan and accomplish that goal.
