This is gonna be a wildly different type of thread, I hope the mods will allow it, if not I understand though. As a heads up there will probably be autism in here.
So for years people have talked about how they've wanted a Kingdom Hearts-like Nintendo game. The specifics mean different things for different people, but the basic gist is a crossover of Nintendo properties in a game with more story (pretty much RPG) as opposed to multiplayer action like Smash is. This will almost certainly never happen at this point, but lets think about what it could be like, and what we would want it to be.
To get the ball rolling, here are some basic questions to answer and work from there
>Should the game have original characters (such as the MC or Main Villain for example?), or be strictly no-original characters? Any specific ratio of original ideas/characters to not-original? (20/80 for example?)
>Is segmenting properties between worlds a good idea, or should they be mixed and merged into one grand world?
>What Nintendo IPs would you like to see specifically get the spotlight? (If you like individual worlds, what ones would you want to get worlds, assuming you get 8-12ish?)
>What characters would you most want to interact together the most, and under what circumstances?
>Do any specifics types of gameplay speak out to you in what it should be? Any specific type of RPG? Should the gameplay drastically change in different worlds or with different characters to reflect whatever game they're from?
>How autistic would you want the story to get? And would you be fine with all characters talking, only those who canonically talk talking, or none of them talking?
>How would you integrate Pokemon into it since you know Pokemon is so vastly big and unique it would practically require getting special treatment.
Also lets try to keep it strictly first and second party for now since things would probably get messy if we start including third parties. Kingdom Hearts is just Disney properties so this should be just Nintendo properties.
