Can the whole 360/PS3 blame even work when GTA V showed what you could do with that ancient hardware? The GTA V map is probably about as big as Afghanistan and a good chunk of Africa put together, but has more NPCs, more wildlife, more activities than MGSV does. In fact, I remember an interview where Kojima felt depressed after seeing what Rockstar did with GTAV back in 2013.

GTA V looks like absolute dogshit on ps3/360, and the AI in GTA is retarded while in V they have a shitload of different actions dependent on what you do, when you do it, how you do it, to who you did it and in which area you did it.

If it wasn't for Konami's stupid decision to make these games run on that trash hardware, maybe, just maybe we could have gotten a better Peace Walker.
