Then the aggregate site has to mash those differing scoring views and "weight" them to get some standard, however that process may be since I don't think they reveal that. Also, journos can't be trusted with scoring fairly anyway since they dock points for silly things that might offend them on that day. I mean, these Suda51 games are a marvel to look, creatively speaking. It's clear that the devs wanted to their own thing, no matter what anyone else thinks. However, if modern devs now ever choose not to make a far-left game like The Last of Us 2 that pushes pozzed propaganda and agendas, you can sure bet that the Metacritic "Critics" reviewers will withhold their 10/10s and higher reviews score. When I played 25th Ward, I got an ending where the player character goes to a diner and orders a burger while waiting for Travis to show up, and at the time I didn't think anything of it. Gameplay wise, it's the most coherent, the mini-games are few and far between in the game so far, and the boss fights are fan-fucking-tastic;

I think my issue is that the first Suda game I ever played was Killer7, and I was absolutely blown away by it.
