They aren't too bad if you have enough space to maneuver around.

THESE fuckers, now they are the bane of my life. The cross-stones? Fucking impossible to deal with. They alternate between shooting patterns and the bullets travel fast, and rooms are often filled with them.

The bloody leapers? Fucking terrible. They jump randomly, and sometimes jump further than they usually do right when you get close (in shooting distance) and if that's not bad enough they'll jump to where you are in half a second and shoot a cross pattern of bullets which also travel fast.

The heart+mask? Also terrible. The masks are invulnerable and they charge you if you're in their line of sight. The hearts constantly dodge your shots and will even shoot a cross pattern themselves if you get close or in their line. The masks cannot die until their hearts die, too.

When I was about seven, my parents had bought me a Nintendo Entertainment System from a garage sale down the street, the first gaming system I ever had. The one game it came with was Super Mario Brothers 3. So I had advanced to World 2, "Desert Land" and I was moving along rather smoothly, in the back of my mind knowing that at some point the levels would start to get more difficult; I soon noticed a tile, one unlike the other tiles (Toad houses, numbered tiles, etc). It appeared to be some cross-hybrid of flowing diarrhea and sand, which caught my attention. I navigated my way to the tile, and hit the A button and was warped to what appeared to be a normal level; there even was a happy sunshine in the top left corner! As I side-scrolled my way through the level, the fucking sun decided to go apeshit and sodomize me repeatedly until I finally broke down in tears, throwing my controller at my dog , and screaming in frustration.

The one thing I really like about Oblivion is the enemy design, especially regarding the daedra. I have a divine boner for the Golden Saints so I might be biased I also like how they brought in a lot of the enemies from Daggerfall such as Imps and Minotaurs, fleshing out the reasons for them being around more. Skyrim just feels so bland in that regard. It's rats, giant spiders, wolves, bears, trolls and an assortment of bandits that wear either furs or the best steel in all of Tamriel. That's it. Makes no fucking sense to me why they would abandon all of the cool shit like Werebears.

but the item that makes your tears into one floating orb + brimstone + enough range ups to make the beam fill a room + items that add telepathic tears that follow enemies.

combos like that make you have tears constantly over them which prevents them from opening because they think they're constantly being attacked.

it's only really an issue in super OP runs but it's happened to me a couple times on PC and once on switch.

It gets even worse when you have to fight other things simultaneously or even worse several of those assholes at the same time, since QTEs can now put you in a bad position to dodge the attacks of other enemies, thankfully they're dumb as fuck and can't deal with ladders and can't drop from small heights.

They never gave me a hard time, unless you're colorblind anon. Ice pirates are a fucking joke since you can freeze them and shoot a missile at them. You should at least have a good amount of energy tanks and 150 missiles when you get to the phazon mines. Then again you're playing on the wii verson, which in that case I've never touched and can't say. I always just dodge spammed until they died.

Their gimmick really shows when they do show up at the Omega pirate fight. The fact he turns invisible and starts healing and you can only target him with the X-ray visor which has the distinct lack of color. Very clever of the developers to do that. Sending color based enemies after you when you can't see color at a critical moment. I like that kind of challenge more since it requires quick thinking.

Fuck those dividing metroids in Impact crater though.

Chasers never stop sucking, especially on Nightmare when they one-shot you. Pyrokinesis tickles them. I love when the devs put one at extreme close range and expect you to either have Plasma ready or get fucked. Very satisfying when you can make them run off the cliff on Disc 2. On Scavenger and Nightmare these guys are half the reason I buy a fuck ton of Riots, since you can kind of stunlock them with the Grenade Pistol. I hate that the camera angles favor them so hard.

Pawn GOLEMs annoyed the fuck out of me. They are not particularly threatening, but once you trigger their spawns they are everywhere like cockroaches and the 400 HP bullet sponges that they are just wastes my time.

I really don't get the fuss about Cazadors. They're not that fucking difficult to take out. All you need is a shotgun and some explosives. Maybe it's because I am always prepared for all kinds of fights and carry dozens of antivenom on me at all times like any person above average intelligence. Even melee can wipe them out quite easily. They're not difficult to kill by themselves and their attacks are quite weak, but you'd better have some anti venom or you will die. What made them particularly annoying is sometimes you don't know you're entering an area with them and they'd get your follower dropping them because of the venom fast.
