Netherwing is a TBC server launching on Jan. 4th, I'm rolling there.
There was also Nightbane which is another TBC server that launched recently, but it was such a bug-filled dumpster fire that I quit at level 19.
For vanilla, the only options are Light's Hope or Kronos. Light's Hope is shutting down when (((Blizz))) releases classic, though, so if you intend to keep playing on the pserver after blizz shits out their server, then Kronos is the only option for vanilla.

Normally I agree with you since ignoring is an option, however the CM claimed that the guy was using multiple characters to get around the ignore list. I prefer a ignore list and no banning for what people say, but rather hard to do that if people intentionally work to avoid the ignore list. Might be a lie though, since they've lied in the past and there's no way to verify it.
A good reason to make the ignore list account-wide though. Mine would have 0 people on it, like always

If vanilla if 200 players on the same server went to the same place you'd see them all. With sharding it distributes those players into multiple phases that cannot see or interact with each other. So you might only see 50 of those 200, rather than all of them.

Players will be pooled into areas not based on the server they're on but the total population, so say if you're on a low pop server you could run around and see tons of people from a high pop one to keep the overworld from being empty. Sounds like a neat idea but all it does is make on the fly community interaction even more hollow and pointless since you'll likely never see those people ever again.
