Get a Brook Universal Fighting Boards for your PCB. Shit works on Xbone, Xbox circle, PS Quadruple, PS Triple, your very on Personal Computer and the Wii U.
For buttons, Sanwa and Seimitsu have a variety of buttons that might tickle your fancy. They're the most popular for a good reason. If you're feeling brave, you can give the Hori Kuro buttons a try. They're a bit tougher than the other two, but they're arcade standard nonetheless. If you buy a modern Hori stick, you'll be giving them a try whether you want to or not. Do not fall for the American buttons meme.
For the lever (or stick) you can't go wrong with the aforementioned manufacturers. Depending on your preference, you might want to go for a different style of stick levers and different gates.
For stick levers you've got the following:
>Ball top
<The traditional stick top. Nice and spherical at the top. By far the most common type of lever type out there.
>Baton top
<Popular with players in certain regions, it's a bigger chunkier lever. Also found predominantly on Korean sticks.
For gates you have the following.
>Square gate.
<It's a square. Your stick will smoothly slot into the four corners. The most popular kind.
>Octagonal gate.
<You can now slot your stick into 8 possible areas as opposed to 4.
>Circle gate.
No corners to get stuck on here. Feel the freedom of an analogue stick while having digital micro switches register your inputs.
>Diamond gate.
<It's the square gate but it's been rotated 45 degrees. Not recommended, but it's there I guess…
Pick the one that sounds the nicest.
Also I mentioned Korean sticks earlier so I guess I should explain them. They're much like regular sticks, but they reset to a neutral much faster than the traditional arcade sticks thanks to them using rubber contact pads. They're also heavier and they might need a bit more elbow grease to move them into the corners, but that's the trade-off for faster neutral return time. There is an old guide to sticks I have, but it's a bit too big for this site. I'll see if I can make another that's smaller and accounts for more modern sticks.
