>Year 2032, the world is on fire
>News from a civil war in the People's Republic of China, tensions at an all time high between the US and Europe over precious resources, a wave of terrorism spreading all across Africa, and Detroit still being Detroit, are now told repeatedly on TV
>If the violence keeps escalating, WW3, feared by the superpowers for decades, might become a reality
>This, however, gives new opportunities for private military companies to rise and make enormous amounts of money to maintain (or destroy) a relative state of peace in the world's hot spots
>Despite the crisis, technology never stopped evolving, as nanotechnology laboratories, heavily financed by first world nations, managed to create heavily augmented super soldiers, though only from women because the XY chromosome heavily rejects the nanomachines and the internal robotic parts
>the technology is now quietly spreading all across the globe, as the most wealthy PMCs afford themselves the technology to make their own super soldiers
>As a medic for Médecins Sans Frontières, the Ugandan village you were assigned to gets attacked by a group of terrorists
>only you and a rookie survive the slaughter, as a 7ft tall female soldier with rock hard abs and toned muscles comes in the nick of time to wipe out the terrorists
>but as soon as the coast is clear, she collapses, as she was wounded and some of her components were fried
>As a medic, you cannot let someone die like this, as you quickly compose yourself and try saving her with the help of a shellshocked rookie doc and "not-so-sterile-anymore" medical equipment
>Then starts the tutorial level, as you learn how to use your tools to heal the soldier, though you lack the knowledge and parts to replace her destroyed robotic components
>The game then evolves into a management game, where you learn how to create and manage a base, buy new parts for your newfound bodyguard and learn how nanotechnology and robotics work, creating a new PMC despite your background as a medic
>Before each military operation, you have to choose what kind of equipment you will install in your soldier, from sub-dermal armors to cloaking devices among many other components. You must think of what is best for the upcoming operation, as you cannot install everything at the same time, and one component might not be as useful as another for a specific type of operation
>Then starts the heart of the game, the surgical operation where you have to manually install the components as you trifle with both scalpel and screwdriver. If the surgical operation goes well, the components will work at optimum condition, giving your soldier huge buffs, but might cause complications mid-battle if it's sloppily installed
>You gain money from your clients and equipment salvaged on the battlefield for each successful deployment, but even at her best, it might not always go smooth, as she can come back wounded or with broken parts, you therefore have to heal her and extract the defective components in another surgery
>As the game progresses, you can invest on new bases of operations, meet new super soldiers, hire more competent personnel to speed up the surgeries (you cannot prepare whole squads of girls on your own), and face tougher threats (some even having their own squad of second-rate super soldiers or attacking your base)
>Everything is real-timed, so you have to think about your next plan and avoid idling to keep yourself into schedule and not go broke
>As you deepen your relationship with the girls and gain worldwide fame as the "Lady Healer", commander of a little, yet rumored flawless military company, they will end up revealing their human side to you, and you unlock special scenes with them that range from cute to (slightly) lewd, from sudden bear hugs to burying your face into their abs
You know what, "Battle Waifu Surgeon Simulator" is more than just a good idea.
