Sakurai is a fan of the game and made a point to apologise for no Xenoblade 2 character. The censored outfit just got added to Xenoblade 2 as an alternate outfit with a bunch of Smash references. This must have been already planned before people found out about the sprite. It will download a keys.txt file for you upon launch.
Open an xci file with XCI Explorer
Then it will dump the keys automatically into keys.txt after it loads the game.
Move the xci file and keys.txt into a folder with 4nxci
Rename keys.txt to keys.dat
(It will give you a warning but its fine, renaming the file extension won’t damage this file)
Drag and drop the xci game onto 4nxci.exe
Boom ( ° ʖ °)
EDIT: and it takes a little while so don’t worry if it looks frozen. This method converts any xci game into nsp.
Depending on where you get your xci games as well, when you convert the xci to nsp you will sometimes end up with multiple nsp files. Don’t be intimidated or confused. The xci probably came packed with the update file/dlcs so its safe to install them all.
4nxci will also end up with a folder called “extracted xci” or something like that. That folder is safe to ignore. All you need is the nsp file(s).

Both moves were problematic but up air was especially bad due to brawl being slow as molasses so you couldn't avoid the juggle a lot of the time. The devs tweaking the knockback angles, hitboxes, SDI and a tiny bit of knockback growth as well as making the game faster was enough to bring the move in line in Tr4sh and still make it be good. Sma5h is even faster but the changes to air dodging will make moves like this more disconcerting especially when there's no apparently knockback growth anymore.

I'm not certain of the origin, but the earliest I heard of it was the Runaway Guys' Fortune Street, as Protonjon played as Waluigi and they kept making fun of Bridal Boutiques and Taco Stands being worth several thousand coins. That was in 2012/2013 or so. Lucas and Mewtwo were also veterans fairly straight forward to bring back, and we know that Piranha Plant AKA the one known DLC fighter doesn't have any spirits in-game, suggesting to me that any spirit that isn't a Fighter Spirit is a solid deconfirmation. I'd love to be proven wrong but so far that's what it looks like to me

If that's the case then perhaps a fighter spirit render of Rex, Pyra, and Mythra together in their amiibo pose is possible. Fighter spirits look to be renders of the character portraits in Smash. Pikachu has a Let's Go spirit that's not the same as his fighter spirit. Unless that is his Fighter spirit then that's retarded.
