what do you guys think is the best one? for me it's 3, 4 has a handful of cut content and some mechanics missing from 3, I'm strictly talking about vanilla here since I havent tried Elite Force yet

you can talk about other tactical shooters and compare them to SWAT too if you want

I preferred 3 because it wasn't as strict when it came to penalizing you for shooting people. IRL SWAT units aren't that careful about shooting people as SWAT 4 expects you to be.

SWAT 4 is improved massively with elite force and canadian forces: direct action. Just a heads up it has been a really long time and there might be something else on the horizon but I only know of just those 2 since another one I remember was memory holed. SWAT 3 still wins out because I have a PC that doesn't need 20 hoops to run it and thee site for all those massive amount of maps to choose from is still up and running. Like holy shit that's a lot of content.
