I think I liked it more because ammo was harder to come by in the harder difficulties, so you had to rely on crafting shit rather than guns. The game is fun when it's played like that, especially since it doesn't pause when you're crafting. It had enough of those kinds of sections that I felt like I had a decent time playing it. The multiplayer was also surprisingly good.

Is this even revealed in the main game itself? I never got very far into this boring schlock. If the parasite is just in her brain how does it stop infection in the rest of the body? How does it reproduce? We had as early as 2008 but it's considered unethical and it's only done now to produce stem cells. The most method now is to engineer skin cells into IPS cells and implant them into an embryo which becomes a chimera with a mix of DNA. They were able to make an identical clone by using defective embryos. If they never managed to secure a DNA sequencer they could always use the more primitive Dolly Method.
