Very much worth it. Good and memorable game, only had a few small problems holding it back (no multithreading, intense late game lag with more than a handful of players, no campaign to enhance lore and flavor (which it still has tons of despite no actual story)).
It remains Stardock's most successful game, and despite that, they won't make a fucking sequel and instead are hellbent on pumping out new, shittier and more derivative IPs which always flop.
It makes me wonder if there's been some internal rot/restructuring that would cause a sequel to be shit anyway.
