The hashtag was called #willnotbeerased or something like that, and not many people even knew what it was about.

Trans people started screeching, high profile journos including polygon and cucktaco started attacking GoG and a bunch of twitter slacktivists were shouting from the hilltops that they would never buy from GoG again. Shit gets crazier when some tranny dumbfuck who used to be related to /baphomet/ works with a resetera admin to figure out who they assumed made the tweet (they targeted Sean) then they tried to dox him and his family (they didn't get his exact address iirc, but they got a lot of other personal information and the area where he lived as well before he started locking shit down), as well as drudge up any of his tweets on his personal files. Someone found out he had criticized anita and slandered him for that, making him out to be pro-GG and maligning him along those lines as well.
