For the intro they just removed the one line where Andrew Ryan name dropped Marx as part of his recorded speech where he mentions all the most well known figures associated with each form of government he disagrees with and why their form of government is fundamentally flawed. Because the slug actually went in their uterus, not the stomach, where it acted as fetus, maintaining a direction connection to the little sister's circulatory system. Removing the slug is also fatal due to it being attached to the wall of the uterus causing uncontrollable bleeding similar to a placenta that detaches incompletely. If it were in the stomach it could simply be removed by inducing vomiting.
