It's for a tile-based puzzle game… the sprite will probably be 32x48 in size, using the same format as RPG Maker sprites (though it isn't made in that engine). The character has no special game-specific abilities, it's just the default character you can use and more or less the face of the game. There isn't anything more to it beyond "cute witch"

Hey, if Summon Night X could get a surprise English patch (and it did), I'd say its possible for Luminous Arc 3 (I assume it's not a game where fan-translation is outright unfeasible, like Sigma Harmonics) to eventually. Just takes some dedicated moonspeaker and at least someone that knows code, and some autism to stick with it. I myself am hoping that work on Nora to Toki can resume soon; it's translator went on hiatus to learn Japanese further.
