Depends on what you count as 100%. Getting all the game's star equivalent, while not ridiculously short, is still not all that long, compared to similar games. The game has other collectables, which might take you a little longer, and the dlc adds a ton of shit to get through, if you want to complete every challenge and unlock every little thing.

You normally go at an acceptable speed and quickly obtain the sprint hat that makes you go fairly fast. By mid game you can obtain a badge that turns your sprint into a scooter and you go really fast.

Hat Kid and Mustache Girl are obviously not normal kids, just by looking at them, but the coop girl looks like someone I could find in a real life public elementary school. People say it's like Mario or Banjo or Spyro. It's most similar to Sly Cooper. Very similar gameplay. I could probably use TexMod to find and extract the texture then re-inject a modified texture. However, there could be a normal map and I'm not great at editing those plus I think the texture will come out in a DDS format so I need a DDS plugin for Photoshop to edit it. I think I have one installed, but I'm not sure.
That aside, the game was giving me a lot problems where it wouldn't run with the proper video settings because I was running it on displays with different specs and when I swapped to another display it would fuck up video setting for the game, then if I tired changing those setting in-game it would just fucking crash so I had to go manually locate and edit the goddamn config file to have the right settings then start it again. Sometimes it would just crash on the intro to the main screen. So what if I try to mod the game and the shit just starts crashing even worse? It's already been finicky.
TL;DR I could try to mod it, but even if I managed to without crashing nobody here would use the mod anyways. Who the fuck even knows what TexMod is or how to use it here? Probably nobody.

TexMod won't launch the game even though it's DX9 which is what TexMod is supposed to work with. There are no new versions of TexMod I can try since it's abandon-ware. Another method would be to extract CharTextures.tfc and painstakingly look for the correct texture, modify it, then recompile the TFC, then upload the TFC for others to use. The TFC file is around 95MB. Downloading 95MB just to make a nigger into a ginger? My version of the game is pirated so likely different from others, but it does have the co-op mode with the nigger.

So I finished the game recently and quite honestly, although the entire game was pretty high quality, it felt to me as if everything after chapter 2 was a bit lacking. I mean, Chapter 3 had some great moments, but it was just too short and the boss fight was too fucking easy and not as creative as the Conductor boss fight Which was the absolute best and memorable fucking moment in the game. Chapter 4 is a fun idea in concept but really just makes you chose between which path you do first, and feels a bit removed from the rest of the game. It's fun, but feels a bit jarring.
And Time's End is just underwhelming in general and is in my opinion, the worst part of the entire game. The whole plot with Moustache Girl really didn't go anywhere at all, and the platforming challenges aas well as the bossfight there are laughably easy.
It's a fun game but it's really rough around the edges.
