It is supposedly very short. I'm interested since I kinda dig the aesthetics, the music, and since it has the mechanic that the main character gets weaker and weaker as the game goes on. So yeah, looks unique enough to me.

Impression of Resin so far:
It's… okay. Killed four bosses in like 90 minutes, and considering the video above, it really isn't a long game. Gameplay feels a bit lacking. I see what he was going for, and it's a neat idea, it just doesn't feel fully fleshed out. Got a first movement upgrade, a grappling hook, which I can only use at certain places.
Most annoying were so far the fucking elevators. There are plenty of them, they're almost the only form of upward movement you get, and they're just quite slow. So you might first have to step on the platform, and then wait for it to arrive, then ride all the way up.
Generic enemies had little variation so far, and two of them are pretty annoying. Music is still great, the atmosphere of a dying world, in which you kill some sort of "Warmth generator" demons is nice. (dare I say Soulslike).
So far I can kinda understand the creator. There's a great game hiding in here, but it really requires more effort

Nah the original Atomic edition was on gog, Megaton Edition was the Steam exclusive with all the expansion packs that was developed by that guy who used the money to support his sick wife or something. Both were nuked when Gearbox got full rights to Douk.

I don't know about other fags, but I prefer that a game have a coherent style then purely high-quality graphics. If the visual style doesn't fit the tone, then it had better be functional and inoffensive, otherwise it's an eyesore, no matter how high the pixel and poly counts are.
