OPs trackball is a piece of shit, not that I expect a faggot to have standards or taste. Never could get one of those to last more than 6 to 9 months. Logitech's "unifying receiver" is garbage. At least post a decent trackball, like the Microsoft Optical, which might be kind of expensive to get ahold of because someone at MS saw that they were actually producing a competent quality product that people liked - and decided to axe it before it damaged their reputation.
As for one-handed games - Deep Space Waifu literally has a "One Handed Mode". Basic shmup where you're dodging bullets and trying to shoot the clothes off of girls. The art isn't great, and it's easy as hell, but it's cheap and goofy and fun, like your sister. So why not?

Long long time ago I played this one freeware asteroids clone that you played with the mouse only. It worked really well. Right click was throttle, left click was dakka and moving the mouse left/right rotated the ship. I don't know how common this kind of control scheme is for top-down shooters but it's awesome. Too bad I can't remember the name of the game. It was quite colorful and had all kind of gravity shit pulling you all around the place.

Earthbound can be played with the left hand on an SNES controller: D-pad for movement, L button as confirm and a general interact, select for cancel and to bring up the menu. I suppose if you have a custom controller though you could probably play a lot of JRPGs with one hand.

What a shit flow-chart. Beyond looking like garbage, there are useless branches. Going from "Does it have boobs" goes through "Is it dressed like a girl" and ignores the result of that branch, making it useless. The entire "Does it identify as a woman" cluster isn't used at all. So "Does it have boobs" always goes into the "Is it a life or death situation" regardless of the circumstances. Actually, the entire "Does it also have a dick" Yes response always leads to the "life or death situation" node regardless of all other choices.
Here's a clean-up of that in graphviz with some of the stupider wastes of time removed. It's still pretty ugly, to be honest, but it's better than that one.

ever since playing earthbound as a kid, ive mapped on emulators and games that allow re-mapping optional shoulder buttons on the d-pad side to select, as well as to go back.
i know pokemon starting with GBA had this option as well. i usually use it in conjunction with regular controls, but when im passed out in bed and gaymin on muh side, i generally switch to this one handed method
