Ninja doesn't even do anything special that separates him from the rest of the playerbase. The difference between a good and bad player in games such as csgo or starcraft is extremely apparent, even if you know nothing about the game. Not only that, but you will never see these pro players die to a bad player either. the same can't be said for ninja. Completely backwards. Women streamers get huge amounts of traffic just because the game is marketed to teenage boys and teenage boys will fawn over literally any female in sight. They don't even have to be any good (and most of the time they are not); they just have to be a "girl gamer" and millions of desperate virgin gamers will cum in their pants over her.
Particularly for Fortnite, women just don't have the personality to be successful in it. The best players are extremely aggressive, play recklessly, and don't let losses phase them (and losses do happen to even the best because of shit luck or shit rng); compared to this women's playstyles are more reserved, careful, and they tend to get upset when they lose.

He doesn't. He's not even the best player out there by most people's opinions considering tournaments. That does not mean he's BAD, but probably not good enough to be ranked more than top-five at best. From what little I've seen, his only skill is just being ridiculously fast, and at those thin margins how fast you are depends more on your computer specs and your ping than any sort of personal speed. When it comes to strategy or micro skill, a lot of other players have him beat handily. Thing is, every Fortnite tournament has been duos and mostly scored based on kills, so it's balanced out a lot by the fact that he's often teaming up with another top-5-ranked player.
He's just a "personality", and success has a way of snowballing unendingly on the first person to rise a little bit above the pack, which he did. And that's little more than dumb luck. Like pewdiepie.
