You got Windows 10? and gonna ignore that it's already not worth a pirate like the dozen or so Xbox One exclusives getting a port to Win10. In my overall experience playing both Xbone and PC versions, horrible. Get the Complete Edition if you want to satiate your curiosity.

It's a good RTS game.

There are many other RTS games.

If you need one with a halo theme then it's good.

Halo wars was such a massive disappointment. There was no covenant campaign, and the demo had better balance than the finished game.

If you're a fan of the old Halo lore then its worth a pirate. If you're just looking for something to play give Zero Hour or Red Alert 2 a try.
