Then this year they had a press release saying "they have given 100 million dollars to the anime industry'. So they have contributed essentially 8-9 million a year to the industry that they are mooching off of to live. In subs alone they make a minimum of 60 million a year. You are correct. There is some bad originals that have been greenlighted before on Netflix but also you had Devilman Crybaby, Castlevania, and Blame!
