You cannot make anymore characters after this expansion drops and, if you lose all of your characters, then you are banned from the server. Eventually, everybody will be kicked off, with people surviving the Unstoppable Singularity Event to the end receiving an Amazon gift card, and the servers will be liquidated as Blizzard begins development on a Warcraft RTS reboot.
