Character Creator has been in since SC3 and was great in SC4, barring lost movesets. Its a great alternative to having a bunch of in-house reskin characters. You can have tons of character variety, practically limitless, without having to put a ton of work into unique movesets for each.

No, but I think he would realize it's a bad idea to allow publishers to use his platform to purposefully mislead his consumers. There is no legitimate argument against requiring they disclose it.

One would think, but if that were the case, he would've already started doing that shortly after denuvo's initial use in games

Personally I agree, but as it stands now, it appears Valve wants their consumers to be mislead and/or accepting of the malware since they have yet to make it more obvious that a game has denuvo outside of mentioning it in the small EULA section of the game's store page.
