Geico Gecko realistically has no combat experience.

I always thought the idea of a media dimension was a cool idea, too bad the 3-D games were so ugly and blocky but I liked Rezopolis.

Come to think of it none of the games actually parodied actual TV networks or shows, it was just pirate world, computer world, fairytale land, etc. Considering the quality of the "jokes" Gex says maybe its for the best that their parodies aren't specific.

Honestly playing Gex 2 again fairly recently, most of the jokes were from movies famous enough that people would still know them. Also, I think enough time has passed that Austin Powers impressions got so unfunny that they wrapped around and became funny again.

I hear Gex has a different voice in Europe. I have to assume it's a lot worse and part of the reason people say he's so bad.

The Geico Gecko would kill himself after realizing that he accidentally taught Gex the most unfunny and driven into the ground joke of the entire '90s. He might think he's winning, but as soon as he says so, Gex will simply respond with "I just saved 15% or more on my car insurance by switching to Geico." Then it's all over.

gex is probably the next addition to the smash bros roster because furries control everything

Gex's horror levels had me legitimately terrified when I was a kid, especially the ghosts with the lantern. It was also more challenging than its contemporary and more popular 3d platformers, Spyro and Crash, though not as hard as Croc.
