For the mainline Neptunia games you might get a few CGs, and some of the HDD forms such as Green Heart, but most of the costume options are pretty tame. The lewdest I've seen any Neptunia game get is with the two Senran Kagura based ones, where you have clothing damage, and the HDD forms in particular can get really shredded, but those two suck.
