Here's some actual information that does pertain to spyware which is included in the GeForce drivers.

Every time you update nvidia drivers (even excluding GeForce experience) there's an executable related to telemetry installed here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\NvTelemetry

Rename it from NvTelemetryContainer.exe to NvTelemetryContainer.exe_ or whatever and while confirming the renaming also find and kill the process in task manager.

This will stop it from starting again and it is not necessary for GeForce drivers to function, however if you ever update video drivers you'll have to rename the file again.
