>let's discuss IGN
No.
This is borderline e-celeb shit, IGN is irrelevant as fuck to anyone with decent taste, talking about them just validates whatever attention they still get from Devs.
>game review plaguerism fiasco
People are lazy, what about it? Considering how many games are carbon copies of each other with a different paint coating, this was bound to happen anyway.
>the outing of higher ups for sexual harrasment
imagine_my_shock.flv
It's yet another company that hires a bunch of women for diversity quotas but then locks them into shitty positions where they have no career to progress because they can't actually do anything that gets them promoted.
Of course they are gonna start another #metoo bullshit, it's the only way to make a decent and quick buck for them.
That's not to say some of them aren't being harassed though. A lot of the faggots that work there are either mentally stunted children in their late 30s or faggots that believe themselves to be rock starts and deserving of female attention.
It's faggots, autists and thoths working under the same roof, of course sexual harassment is gonna rain down all the time, it's no wonder they can't do proper reviews when they are so busy getting fucked in everyway possible.
>speculate why more people are leaving the site in 2018
There's only so much someone can take before their ethics drives them towards suicide.
Besides, everyone already knows how unthrustworthy those sites are, how reviews are just paid advertizement. A lot of people there just stick with the job because it pays the bills, but as soon as they get a better option, of course they'll leave.
To keep someone working a job you need motivation for it and it's either love for the craft\work you're doing that motivates you or money.
And since a lot of those fuckwits don't even play or like videogames that much, it has got to be money, which IGN won't be able to pay enough to keep them around.
