Higher resolution will put more load in every major system component. RAM, CPU, GPU, GPU memory. If you're going to put more load on your GPU just assume you're also doing it to your CPU, because there isn't a single thing you can do on your GPU that won't also task your CPU, nor is everything relating to rendering done on the GPU. In a situation like this though the usual culprit is your GPU is likely failing to render your operating system's interface before a double buffered refresh and halving the frame rate. I don't know what GPU you got but nvidia's gpu frequency scaling algorithm in specific is garbage and unpredictable, and it's very common to have a high end GPU that will downclock and refuse to speed up ending up failing to run a light task efficiently. Try locking your graphics card to maximum performance (even if it's not nvidia) and see if it gets better, or disabling windows aero/compositor if you're on loonix.

It's not. It draws a lot of work from Wine, so compatibility is mostly on par with Wine. ReactOS's Achilles heel is its hardware support. It's abysmal. We're going to have to wait a while in order to see ReactOS work decently (or at all) outside of a hypervisor.

You really don't. Wine is a translation layer, it translates NT kernel system calls to POSIX compliant system calls. And translates DirectX calls to OpenGL ones. ReactOS aims to execute Windows programs directly, without having to translate system calls, because they're reimplementing the NT kernel.
This means that less shit has to be done by your computer in order to execute that code. So, in theory, it means that ReactOS could be faster than Wine on Linux, but in practice, the overhead introduced by translating these calls is small, especially with today's CPUs, and so the difference is insignificant. There's also the fact that ReactOS still needs a lot of work.
I could be wrong about some of this, and I might have omitted some things, so if anyone is more well versed, feel free to correct me.

I've used it to play Minecraft with some Xboxfags, got a code for 90 cents. It stutters randomly on an SSD. A clean Win10 install runs far worse than a two year old bloated install of 7. Add to that both of these webms and you can go fuck yourself.
I use 7 because I don't want to mess around with drivers for days every install, just to then have to set up the basic desktop environment to be normal and still having to run Wine for games and half of the programs I use daily.

This is your only "valid" complaint, but it's not even a complaint. What's wrong with using Wine? Maybe a bit of lost performance, but if you're playing old (i.e. good) games, you shouldn't care about that. Difficult to use? You can use Lutris, which is a games manager that can install many Windows games automatically with two or three steps. And running them only involves a double click. Even if you're using programs other than games, Wine is still compatible with many programs out there, even if they're not listed in WineHQ.

Years after its release, Windows 10 is still the worst trash MS ever shat out. It's at least as bad as Windows Me and worse than pre-SP1 Vista or Windows 8 at launch. Every new major update seems to make it even more broken than before.
I installed Windows 10 on my dad's company PCs about 18 months ago. I regret it and am seriously considering upgrading to 7 or 8.1. Even with the machines being heavily customized and optimized by me removing all the bloatware, botnet and spyware that I could, almost every week we run into problems that wouldn't happen in previous Windows versions. All the machines have been suffering from constant hdd trashing for example, even fully defragmented and with Windows Update, Windows Search, superfetch and Windows defrag services disabled.

Nope, like other BSDs it has its own init system, and it doesn't seem to have a name.

All I can tell is that the kernel has the best multithreading model of every OS out there and that it is the specific objective of the OS, and as much as some BSDfags get autistic when you say it the userland is nearly the same as every linux system, the main differences in the user experience being the fact they roll their own coreutils instead of the GNU coreutils, and some things provided by the kernel like the /dev/ folder are slightly different.
DragonflyBSD was created because its lead developer wanted to improve the x86 performance of FreeBSD by reducing the creation of interrupts when handling SMP, interrupts are expensive in x86 but not in most other architectures, although going around unnecessary interrupts with clever programming increases performance in at least every architecture supported by FreeBSD. So the retards behind FreeBSD came to the conclusion that it was an architecture specific optimization and not a good idea for a multiarch OS. DragonflyBSD's creator pressed on getting his improvements accepted and after he realized the other side just wouldn't reasonably argue he introduced his change anyway because he was one of the core developers of FreeBSD and had the power to do it. The other members of the FreeBSD core development team didn't like he did something against the consensus so they responded in the SJW way: they held a smearing campaign to cut the guy off the project. In the end he had to leave it, but he also forked FreeBSD to get what he wanted done. He also went ahead and made DragonflyBSD x86-only now that he had his own OS and didn't have to worry about his interests conflicting with the objectives of the project he was part of, nowadays DragonflyBSD is x86-64 only.
There are few benchmarks of BSDs as a whole, and they're all ancient, but they generally show DragonflyBSD ahead and the consensus is that windows, linux (the kernel, some things surrounding it like graphics drivers actually got better), FreeBSD and NetBSD got worse over time while OpenBSD and DragonflyBSD are getting better.
