It's how and why they use their strength that makes them done right (being naturally attractive also helps). If they're using their abilities to help and care for others before themselves, while not being completely mary sue and/or untouchable, then it makes them more likable. Another factor would be that despite their strength and prowess, they don't completely forsake their natural roles (or if they do either for the sake of story or character development, they regret it down the road) and still wish to be a caregiver, lover, wife, mother, or all of the above, either during or after the events of the game's story. Whether or not they are open about it depends on the character.

Kirigiri and Micaiah are not good examples of female characters. Why? Because neither of them really have any reason to be as smart or as strong as they are. I guess it makes a bit of sense that Kiri takes after her father who was a detective IIRC but still doesn't mean she should be THAT smart. Im not gonna blame Danganronpa for not being realistic - this is the same series wherein a girl and her sister bring the world to despair just cause they showed everyone howsome school children killed eachother - but she is 't a very well written character by any means and seems to always have some kind of deus ex machina or macguffin.
As for Micaiah, it's the same issue. She has no right to be as skilled at tactics as she is. Her magic ability is understandable a bit since she was a half-breed of a dragon and also had a God on her side or whatnot, but her strategy and tactics came out of nowhere. Again, not a good role model for girls since its basically saying "you, too, can accomplish great things as long as you were born with magical powers or if you come from some long line of professionals in a certain art etc etc"
Danganronpa as a whole doesn't have very good characters, but if you were gonna pick one, I'd go with… actually on second thought that game doesn't have any well written stronk female characters. I will say that Ibuki is the best girl though, tied with Chiaki.
